General process
Product design is the process that involves identifying a market
opportunity, defining a problem, developing a solution, and testing it
with actual users. We follow a structured approach to ensure that every
project we take on is successful. Each phase of product design is
crucial for developing a proper solution. Our process begins with the
ideation and evaluation phase, where we work with our clients to
understand their goals and product vision and brainstorm potential
solutions. From there, we move into the discovery phase, where we
conduct in-depth user research and analysis to understand the needs and
behaviors of the target audience.
After gathering data and validating assumptions, we work on the initial design
in the UX design phase, creating wireframes to test and refine the product's
functionality and usability. When ready, our designers focus on the appearance
of a product providing our customers with different design directions that
make the final visual design standing from the crowd. Once the design is
complete, we move into the development phase, bringing the product to life.
Finally, we offer ongoing support and work with our clients to continuously
improve and grow their products.

Product Design: The Key to Success
Lean UX is a design approach focusing on creating products and services
by iterating quickly and often based on customer feedback. It's the
opposite of "Waterfall," which is the traditional way of creating and
releasing products: a long, drawn-out process with no iteration or
customer feedback until the end.
We use Lean UX because it helps us to identify users' actual and potential
problems and solve them instead of creating the on-the-fly high-fidelity
prototype and adding features that don't serve them or solving problems that
